I have no doubt that the network is binary, you can also see this in the page 36 of the WP, the misalignment in both quantities may be due to not all tier1 seats being available for sale (I'm just trying to find an explanation, I have no facts backing this).

I used this strategy ; knowing fully well the public like free coin, I created a post bearing the Telegram bounty link and voting link, telling them to fill the form, join the group and vote the coin to receive the coin. I think it will be good if fluz can create a form with the Telegram bounty link and the voting link. That will boost their vote count greatly

theirs also things like zen that intend to be a sidechain to btc to piggyback on the btc chain to do smart contracts, the entire markets a big development. I do think that smartchains are the biggest bet as they allow for things like fluz to exist

You just have to understand the reasons of the market. BTC is currently not used for its actual purpose, but as a risk investment. ETH will not be able to create such a hype. But it will be sustainable because of the Smartcontracts and the individuality.

That’s what I mean, the smart contracts will keep ETH hot which is good and I do think it will go up a lot over the next coming months but keeping it sustainable.
