No, the project will be fulfilled regardless of the amount collected. Tokens will be distributed according to the amount collected. Shareholder will continue the project on his own funds, regardless of the ico results.
But still 6+ M is quite a strong result.

We have 2 reasons to extend the tokensale:
to give the opportunity for large investors to come and raise more funds for the project.
This will benefit all parties - the more funds we collect, the more markets we will be able to get.
The value of the BFY Token from that will only grow.
