That's interesting, I hadn't heard about this. What would you say is the biggest advantage of having a personal account manager?
We're using this approach for a few reasons. The main advantage is to ensure that major buyers of SCR tokens are guaranteed the best discount during the whitelist token sale. We've set aside 2 million SCR for whitelist participants, but the list is open to all applicants who purchase more than 1000 USD worth of SCR tokens. In theory, there could be more interested whitelist buyers than SCR available. So for large-scale buyers we're opening a private channel of communication through which they can make a deposit to guarantee their purchase amount will be available at the appropriate discount.
Another equally important reason for this is to establish and maintain trust and confidence between our team and the people that believe deeply enough in our project to purchase a large quantity of SCR tokens during the crowdsale. They're belief in the vision and the team is paramount to the ongoing success of Scorum as a whole so it is well worth putting time and a more personal effort into maintaining it.

Damn that's great. How are you guys getting all this publicity? I mean, obviously, it's a great project and well run, but you must have someone who knows someone with these publications, right?
I can only speak to this instance with the Merkle; we've been pinging and re-tweeting a selection of their better work for some time and they hit us up with this free feature. We're trying hard to build organic interest in the project and it looks like it's starting to pay off!

What kind of marketing budget do you expect to have in your first year?
We're working on several variations of budgets depending on the funds raised during the crowdsale and we'll be releasing more detailed plans soon. For now we're focusing our marketing campaign post-crowdsale on our athlete ambassador program and bringing active fantasy sports players into our DFS league. 20% of funds raised in the crowdsale will go to marketing.

Just looking for rough projections on how big of a userbase you expect to have within the first year.

According to an independent venture capitalist expert assessment of the project, if (when) we succeed in raising the hard cap during the ICO, the company would be valued around 30M USD.

We've laid out our plan for implementing the major features of Scorum in the timeline:
Of course, this does not cover all the features, rather just the core aspects of the projects. Smaller variations and additions will mirror the interests of the community as it grows.
Thank you for the detailed response. I just assumed with a room full of guys passionate about a project like this, there would be ideas bouncing around all the time.

Do you see this sort of technology eventually taking the market share when it comes to sports media?
Certainly, that's really where the idea for this project came from. The founders noticed the continued rise in content being published direct to readers, coupled with the opportunity for those readers to take a more meaningful role in curation and rewarding value to high-quality authors. Now that we have the Graphene Framework that can handle the large amount of transactions necessary in social media spaces, there is a way to bring all the elements together and re-shape sports media.
That's great you guys have such a good vision. Any estimates on how long it will take the market to adopt such a technology? At what point do you think blockchain will have a majority share in sports media?

Oh okay. Any idea why they chose WGE over Moontec?
At the moment one of our main goals is to build interest in the commission-free betting exchange and the Fantasy Sports platform since both these aspects of Scorum will give the SCR cryptocurrency immediate utility.
How is the World Gaming Expo coming? Anything exciting happen?
Two of our founders were there and reported that, while the turnout was not as large as they expected, they did succeed in making connections with the people in the online gambling and sports betting industry that they were hoping to.
