Guys, you have another option..wait until everyone is asleep (Midnight or AM shift) and try again. I think it'll work then, its just super busy.

I got in. I went to the ETH wallet then transactions... waited till it loaded my record of deposit then went to buy with ETH wallet. Now it is suck loading.
Window says:

Was anyone successful disabling the two-factor authentication? I have enable it and now it is lagging and my login and buy orders are getting messed up because of it so I need to disable it. They don't have an option though or am I seeing it wrong?

After many attempts in logging in and placing a buy order, I was asked for 2FA for the buy but it's been spinning like forever. When I refreshed the dashboard, the buy order wasn't successful. My BTC balance is still intact and ETH balance it still 0.
I can't even disable this 2FA anymore. The site is a mess.
Those who managed to buy prolly have no 2FA enabled.
