If it's in logging in, it takes many attempts for me. I can't count anymore how many.

On the other note, after many attempts in logging in and placing a buy order, I was asked for 2FA for the buy but it's been spinning like forever. When I refreshed the dashboard, the buy order wasn't successful. My BTC balance is still intact and ETH balance it still 0.

I can't even disable this 2FA anymore. The site is a mess. Sad

Those who managed to buy prolly have no 2FA enabled.

Okay, here is some POSSIBLE good news. So after my 50th time I got enter password screen I inputted my password and it said "order placed" fast forward 5 minutes I sign back on and I have the same amount of BTC and nothing has changed. Either 1- the cache hasn't gone through yet, or 2- this is a complete joke or 3- system is so overloaded that everything is frozen.

Did anyone got any reply from the ECH support team? I have been trying to place an order but the order does not go through but it seems other people have been able to buy tokens. If this continues without any resolution most people are not going to be able to buy the tokens in the ICO stage.

Was excited to be able to make time to get to the ICO early. No go. Came back just now still not working. I think it is worse. I get no spinny thing just error when I click to log in now.

I deposited yesterday, was tough to do though after many attempts. Just wishful thinking that this would go good. kinda Bummed out now.

First time was stuck after entering auth code. Never ending spinnyness.
