Yes, I agree with you. Even the exchanges that have existing customer service system, the customer service is still not professional and hard to access. Poor customer service make users feel insecure in using those platforms.

If you using any crypto exchange than why are you paying commission to them. It is simple answer they charge for providing their services if you don't like than use something other who are not charging for trade.
