Hey guys,
I am trying to understand why bitcoin is going down and taking all coins down as well.
I found this news:
"The cryptocurrency market has been under pressure since late June, when the US Securities and Exchange Commission delayed a decision on whether to approve a bitcoin exchange-traded fund, a move that bitcoin bulls believe would have greatly increased the size of the market."

I want to personally thank everyone who has stayed with us over the months, we are working really hard on the update that will fix all these issues its just taking more time than we thought but it WILL be fixed.
We blocked all the old wallets in order to help stabilize the network as we were noticing the network was beginning to fork more often and due to the protocol update in 12.6.1 it would also help there be slightly fewer orphan blocks. Based on my network view that has held true, unfortunately not to the extent I had hoped but it did make a noticeable difference. We have changed a bit of how we work in the last few days so hopefully we will be able to get a high-quality update out soon.

When upgrading wallets:
First make sure your existing wallet is up to the current block by checking with the block explorer.
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/kore/
If it is not on the correct block delete the chainstate, database, backups and block folders
so it loads the correct chain before updating to the current wallet
and make sure you load the full chain to the current block.
Delete your peers and banlist files before starting the new wallet.

Unban all peers in peer debug tab that were banned in the last day.
Jump to:
