Hi, i has Insufficients funds error, but i has enought value for order.
I try sell 0.057 ZEC, and has that error.
But on my balance i have 0.2 ZEC.

Is anybody have same problems and how solve them?

You probably have open orders using those coins.
Why doesn't Kraken show funds available for trading, the way other exchanges do?
Because Kraken is lazy... It is not even shown in the API, you have to calculate it on your own.
Directly at the beginning of Kraken I told them to add available balance, besides alot of other improvements.
But they never added any of those improvements and never fixed bugs.
All they did was adding new coins...

Again about decimals.

Ok, who was that "genius" who offered 6 decimals for xrp/btc market?

Now there are possible to put order only on 0.000050 or 0.000049 and so on, which just killed trades here,
since on all another exchanges there are 8 decimal for it.

Strange that he missed idea about 7 decimal for doge/btc (there are 8 ) it would be same briliant idea.

Oh and 0.0000041 instead of 0.00000411 for xlm/btc market. Wonderfull...

Btw where is our xlm for giveaway more 2 mounth ago? :|

i am trying to put order on btc/usd market for 4290 price, but it said me
XBTUSD price can only be specified up to 2 decimals.

what that means??

i thought decimals means numbers after ","
why it doas not let me put order on 4290? but let put order on 4300???
previous two advices to re-login/new load are wrong (sorry)

Kraken implemented this new decimal thing very poorly. A price of 4290 is not allowed, you have to put 4290.00 into it ... yes it sucks.
(re-login/new load might work, cause Kraken automatically prefills the two decimal places)

oh yes it worked, thank you!
How i wonder people were supposed to find it out themself.

How can I see all decimals of some coins??

I have some coins that already sold everything but they still show on overview.
One friend of mine said that it is because I should have some decimals.

Is there a way to check this?
I think my friend uses an android app that connects to kraken

Before it was allowed to use three (3) decimals for any order that you put.
From today (or yesterday, i can't recall) they change this to two (2) decimals.
I was getting the same message but i lof-off, wait for few minutes and when i log-in again, everything looks/works good.

You probably need todo the same or refresh the page manually to fix this.
These options works for me, every time i have some problem putting an order...

For the sake of completeness, I've used also today Kraken and it was a way more snappier experience. No server down errors from cloudflare, and generally site much more quicker to load.

So i think that what I've experienced a couple of days ago, maybe was just the site under heavy load/DDOS attack ongoing

I had 3 cloudfare errors earlier this morning. I'm trying to trade on Kraken right now but it keeps giving me "Error 821" when trying to place limit sell orders. Any advice from anyone?

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to send us this message. We certainly understand your frustrations with the platform. We are always looking to make improvements to our service and a new trading engine should be coming soon.

In the meantime, try deleting your browser cache and waiting a few minutes before trying to resubmit your order.

We recognize the trading engine issues, and we hope that the new trading engine will help solve the problems, though it is not a guarantee that it will always run perfectly. This is the risk of trading electronically, especially on an online platform.

I will be forwarding your message to the Development team directly. We always appreciate input from our loyal customers and try to use their feedback to improve Kraken for everybody.

Please feel free to contact us in the future with any additional questions or issues.

Regards,

Gil

Update: Refreshing the withdrawal page a lot works. After ~10 refreshes it put me through to the withdrawal page and submitted a withdrawal successfully
Coins or Fiat?

Fiat (EUR)

This worked for me also, spent all day trying to exchange my eth to euro and finally about an hour ago it worked but the withdrawal page said my tier was insufficient but I then just refreshed the page once and was able to put in my withdrawal request so I think the website is just a bit buggy today!
