Hi,

My ticket 1004438 has not been dealt with since 9th of December.

I had a margin position open, and tried several times to close the position but your website was down for a WEEK!!. I requested the positions to be closed manually by someone on December 9th or I was at risk of losing my entire portfolio. You never replied, and I tried to trade in your platform hundreds of times without success.

I saw most of my funds to evaporate without a reply from your side if the position was closed and your website down.

I have escalated the ticket dozens of times. My ticket is one of the oldest I see in the chat witout being taken care.

Please do not reply with "I have escalated your ticket". I need an urgent reply or I would be forced to start legal actions, the money lost is worth the hassle.

If your bank or any tax authority requires this kind of documentation they should directly address this inquiry to us

Hello themossinator I can't post links here yet, but a quick google search using the terms "short position kraken" will show three good articles/guides at the top, one of them is actually on bitcointalk.

PS : On the french forum there is  a big talk about kraken '' bank '' account, if we must report it or not as bank account abroad, what happend in case of tax audit as our name do not appear, and if the only thing we can provide is a csv export with just numbers...

1) I asked for My name, as the other poster ( markd ) above asked too, and the answer is talking about the name of the fidor bank that could sometime not appear on withdrawal sepa due to an issue. (?! )

2) for the potential tax audit I do not ask for an advice, but for what legal and officials documents I could have directly or on demand from you and the bank in case, because if I ask to my local expert and tell him that :
a) my name do not appear anywhere and b) the only document I have is a csv export without any legal infos on it , his answer will be clear = stop!

Sorry if my english is not clear enought, and that I'm maybe crying before to be hurt, but if someone understand my question and want to translate be my guest !  Wink

You need some kind of an official document from them with your name visible on it. I believe this document should be issued from their system with the press of a button, our accountant or another legal institution might ask us to provide it.

Also, I believe that a simple name wouldn't be enough. VAT registration number or ID number would be more solid identifiers.

All the banks I used to withdraw EUR from Kraken told me the same thing and some closed my account because of this. Is there a way that you guys could address this and like mention in the withdrawal details that the money comes from my account and add my name in there?

If my name could appear there, then that would be perfect. Please let me know, since this is a very important issue for me and many others I believe.

Like let's take this example:

Initiator's bank reference: 5xxxxxx6

Orderer's reference: NOTPROVIDED.

***QUESTIONS***

1. Could I somehow add my name to the "Initiator's bank reference" field?
2. Also for the "Orderer's reference" field, can I add a message like "hey, it's me mark".

Please let me know since this may help prevent closing my bank account.

I have had my account disabled since a hacker got access to it on 22nd January, 2018 and stole 1.1 LTC

I have sent my photo ID and have satisfied all the requests needed to reopen my account.

But suddenly Kraken is ignoring all emails for a month now.

Why are they not addressing the issue of my account being disabled?

Apologies to everyone (except Kraken) for potentially annoying you by repetitive reminding Kraken to finally answer the questions about the market manipulation issue. However, Kraken is not responding to email communications about this issue, and as you can see they obviously try to ignore this issue here too. Therefore, we will keep reminding Kraken until they finally give an answer to the questions posed about this issue earlier.

Let this be an example to everyone. This is how Kraken really treats its customers in case important issues need to be solved.

Today I made a Profit take order including a conditional close with stop loss order for ZEC/EUR and it was not triggered despite the price going way below

Ahhhhh, the problem is still not solved then. As expected as Kraken was not giving any answer about this.

@anatol1987 : If you look back a few pages, you will see that we have been asking Kraken to explain this issue, and also explain how customers are to distinguish between "fake" pikes and "real" pikes. In the end you will probably get a few Kraken fee credits if you keep nagging l;long enough, but then you will be answered with a bunch of silence from Kraken.

so, again... to ALL Kraken customers. Be advised Kraken is still manipulating its markets. Either by showing fake trades/OHCL data, or by neglecting to solve this problem which has been going on since at least spring 2017 (thus last year)

Furthermore, we are still waiting for your apology for lying to us and everybody else about this issue a few pages back. Anatol's post clearly shows again that you have not gotten to the bottom of this issue even though you posted  that it was solved.

Maybe we can quote it until they answer an do something, after 1000 pages it could have an impact.

May I ask if and when it may be possible for you guys to offer SEPA instant withdrawals? This would make SEPA withdrawals within the Eurozone nearly instant. Thank you.

it won't be available soon on Kraken as this technology is not yet widely supported across banks that support SEPA. I'll keep you posted anyway if we start offering it.
