Today I made a Profit take order including a conditional close with stop loss order for ZEC/EUR and it was not triggered despite the price going way below

Can somebody advise the reasons ?

Ahhhhh, the problem is still not solved then. As expected as Kraken was not giving any answer about this.

@anatol1987 : If you look back a few pages, you will see that we have been asking Kraken to explain this issue, and also explain how customers are to distinguish between "fake" pikes and "real" pikes. In the end you will probably get a few Kraken fee credits if you keep nagging l;long enough, but then you will be answered with a bunch of silence from Kraken.

so, again... to ALL Kraken customers. Be advised Kraken is still manipulating its markets. Either by showing fake trades/OHCL data, or by neglecting to solve this problem which has been going on since at least spring 2017 (thus last year)

Furthermore, we are still waiting for your apology for lying to us and everybody else about this issue a few pages back. Anatol's post clearly shows again that you have not gotten to the bottom of this issue even though you posted  that it was solved.

Maybe we can quote it until they answer an do something, after 1000 pages it could have an impact.

Hi Kraken, I have a question about the withdrawal information my bank receives when I initiate a SEPA withdrawal to them from Kraken. My bank has told me multiple times that they don't see where the money comes from.

All the banks I used to withdraw EUR from Kraken told me the same thing and some closed my account because of this. Is there a way that you guys could address this and like mention in the withdrawal details that the money comes from my account and add my name in there?

If my name could appear there, then that would be perfect. Please let me know, since this is a very important issue for me and many others I believe.

Like let's take this example:

Initiator's bank reference: 5xxxxxx6

Orderer's reference: NOTPROVIDED.

***QUESTIONS***

1. Could I somehow add my name to the "Initiator's bank reference" field?

Today out of nowhere I started getting an error in my API (The API returned an error: EGeneral: Temporary lockout)

I know this is supposed to be caused by too many API calls and unlock after 15 minutes. First I am not doing too many calls, and 2nd it isn't ever unlocking. Are there any reports of other people having issues? What could be causing this and or what can fix it?

If you use our bank partner in Japan to fund your Kraken account with anything but CAD, your funding instructions will be changing soon.

We currently have a team devoted to cultivating new bank partnerships and expect to start seeing the fruits of this effort soon with new bank funding options coming online. For our clients residing outside Japan who have been using our bank partner in Japan, we expect to announce a replacement option for you soon, and will let you know if there will be any interruption in service.

Please be aware that deposits sent using the old instructions must arrive no later than 11:59 pm on March 20 Japan time (deposits arriving after this time will be returned). Withdrawals will need to be requested no later than 12:00 pm on March 27 or they will remain in your Kraken account.

Kraken has denied me access to my account for almost 2 months now. 

First it was randomly locked and i was told i needed to provide verification in order to have it unlocked.  I provided the information as requested and have since been ignored for the last 5 weeks.  I've filed complaints with the BBB and FTC.  The BBB has come back with "no response from the company".  It appears they have stolen approximately $6k worth of crypto from me.  I am now in the process of seeking legal council on the matter. 

Please let this be a very real warning to anyone considering doing business with them.

Hey graymatter I'm sorry about your experience. You can escalate that issue if you use the form Kraken-Septimus posted above and get an answer about it. If you could describe your issue in detail it would be very helpful for our agents.

I'm confirming that kraken-augustus does in fact work for Kraken and they'll be posting here shortly.

As always, you should only give out ticket numbers or public account IDs to anyone representing Kraken. We won't ask for anything else such as any sensitive info like username, email, passwords etc.

We have been having a lot of issues with fake Twitter accounts attempting to scam our clients by asking them to send ETH to an address and they'll be rewarded with double, 10 times or whatever it may be. If you see a Kraken handle that is offering a promotion like this do not send them any ETH and report them. It's not us.

Edit: You may have noticed that our @krakensupport handle was disabled. It is now active again but we no longer have any followers. Please make sure to follow @krakensupport again.

Our @Krakenfx handle is also still active as well as our Bitcointalk and Reddit accounts. Please reach out on here if you need anything.

Well if you guys are happy with kraken then good for you.  I'm just trying warn others what can happen when you deal with this outfit.  So apologies, but I won't just shut the fuck up.  People need to know what they are dealing with.

Please feel free to read my previous posts on here which explain all. 

My internet history and login details show that I only ever logged to my account through krakens own original website.  I'm aware that there were/are scam websites posing as kraken.

Even with this, some-how personal details of mine were leaked.  The details, history and information I have mean that kraken or some one working inside kraken could only have leaked this info.

Ultimately, the buck stops with them

So basically your e-mail and/or phone got hacked, they changed the login info and emptied your account... Sucks bigtime. Still it's your fault. Blaming Kraken is childish.
