Noob to this whole think and with being from the uk i had to use kraken to buy Ripple.

Luckily i got tier 3 verification within a week :-)

i transfered some Euros via SEPA and it shows in deposits and this is where im getting worried. it within the allowance for tier 2 but i also have sent another deposit and worried something is going wrong.

ive logged two tickets but not hearing good news. I hope everyone is wrong and the matter gets handled quickly. (ticket 1275740)

Anyone else had this happen when trsansfering SEPA from uk.

I did a lot of sepa transfer in the past to kraken and the money was available a day after the transfer was initiated.....It was very fast
Last few weeks i did 2 transfers and it took + 3 days

More than 10 days for me Sad

Hi, about a 10 days ago i accidently locked my account in a mail for valid new adress withdraw
I allready tried to contact the support page but i only get an automatic repley mail back.

14 hours for a BTC transfer between GDAX and kraken and still nothing.....

172000 transactions in waiting on bitcoin network ....

btc is not a quick way to transfer so perhaps gdax and kraken are for nothing in this delay.

I know it is not the quickest way, but i got no option here......it used to be quicker lol

The withdraw go to "fail" and my money back ....

0 human mail receive since this time
, no apology, no commercial act to assume lost of money since xrp go to 2.8 to 2.22 ....

A good news they say they make the update tonight (6/1/2018 at 22h utc), but i'm afraid (hope to make mystake) it's not the entire update but just a patch as always Sad

I have had an issue for 3 weeks and have sent several emails about this. I keep getting the same reply. I got locked out of my account on December 12th after I added an ethereum withdrawal address. I followed the guide on your website, changed my password and used 2FA. The password was changed but the account still shows locked when I log in. The request number is 107112. I need the account to be unlocked but cannot seem to get ANY response from your support team.

I have escalated the matter immediately after your reply, but still NOTHING from Kraken. We are going into the 4th week that my account is locked. The description on your website on how to unlock an account by using 2FA and changing the password does nothing and is not accurate at all. Annoyance is building up to a boiling point.

Trying to buy for 2-3 hours already without any success. Ofc you stil have the same random error messages and orders suddenly pop up while the main page told me it failed. Seriously Kraken how do you even manage to run this incompetent and unreliable site?!?

Is Error 520 your new trade engine?

After getting so many errors it just worked fine this moring. I guess your service is good but you are just overrun by people. Time to upgrade your system.

Have you been making high USD value transactions? They probably shouldn't ask the 7 questions unless you have. I hope they aren't using them as an excuse to delay withdrawals.

Looks like they have delays on all cryptocurrencies; I've been waiting on an XBT deposit for over 8 hours, and I've seen reports of ETH delays as well.
