ethereum have disappeared from my account

I am trying to make an ethereum transfer, I had been in an "initialized" state for an hour, I have canceled the order, and now I do not have any euros or ethereum. The money is not in the address I was sending.

what should I do?

All will finish to be "good", but take time ...

My first problem (a little complicated) with kraken took 18 days to resolve (positively it must be recognized).
My second childish problem is at 8 days without being solved....

So for only several hours, don't be worry ....
I do not worry about the time when withdrawing (which was what I canceled) but not seeing my money neither in ethereum nor in euros, for me, I'm afraid ...

What about advanced order you sell on your internet ?
What about the price moving from 2.2 to 1.7 since you block my money ?
You speek about deposit delai, but what about withdraw delai/bug ?
What about your block making promise for 31/12 and don't be update since with no promise at all ?

Hi Shamane. There was a delay with the trading engine but it will be out as soon as possible. We are still not offering advanced order types at this point. As for the rest of your questions, they'll need to be answered by the agent handling your ticket. They'll be able to give you a more accurate answer as to what we're able to do for you. Understand well, that what i say isn't against you as individual, but against your compagny ....

the way you treat your customers is a shame, and without rapid and radical change you will lose a very large majority of them...

In two months at your place:

My account was blocked for 18 days (so my money too...).
A withdraw has been blocked for 8 days now...
In 2 months...
And as a customer it's still up to me to "chase" after you on forums/twitter/redit etc ... because no reply by email from the one (s) who are supposed to fill this role...

You have been promising for ages now a major upgrade of your trading engine, which looks more and more like a Russian doll story without communicating about the project...

The website and APIs become unusable or almost useless again.........

And on top of that, now what worked before, no longer works deposit/withdraw.....

Leave your cap of customer, to take again a human role... What would you think in this situation (if you lived it)?

Since the 1/11/2017 you take me 653.41€ fees ... What for ? for block my money again and again ?
Yes i win money, so i found normal to pay fee if there is a service for .... but here i start to ask myself why i pay haw much ...

You promise new engine trading for early december, then our ceo promise it for the 11/12, then our internet promise it for yesterday ...
You didn't update our twitter, our blog, explain what happen for this trading engine, if we will have back the advanced order ...
Trading engine don't come, and more off all, what work in past don't (deposit/withdraw) ....

You must do something quickly (at less in speeking to us) if you don't want a lot of customer answer the best bitcoin exchange ....

What do you think if you are customer, and they promise to you upgrade, don't give any news, don't give the upgrade,  and their site/api go back to more than 3.000ms ? So become back completely useless ?

I am going to write my case here, too, just in case anyone from Kraken sees it since i don't think anything works in their exchange any more...

So i sold some waves through bittrex, got my btc and i made the BIG mistake to transfer my btc from bittrex to kraken, just because i needed to exchange them for euros (done that in the past, kraken was working for me being a verified customer)

I waited for the 6 confirmations, after a while all good, i got the "success" message through my "deposit funds" kraken dashboard, so headed over to sell my newly transfered btc for euros in a good price (thought so...) ...

SURPRISE!!! BTC never got available in my account.

Yes, i have already opened a ticket, i have already used the "escalate ticket" option and just waiting for a sign...

All of the above took place in more than 4 hours in duration, due to UNLIMITED 520 & Error 525 SSL handshake failed errors, refreshing, etc...

All i want is my BTC, be able to withdraw and get the hell out of there!

(also looking for an alternative: BTC > EURO > SEPA TRANSFER if anyone could suggest would be more than appreciated)

I tried to contact the support via support ticket but when I try to login to read your answer it says my account is locked.

Please help me to retrieve my account.

This problem still persists and is getting really ridiculous..

My account is still locked because I accidently clicked the wrong link in the widthdrawal confirmation eMail from Kraken and support doesn't react at all..

Hi MichaelKlein. I can see that Rick has already helped you with the deposits. If it helps for the future, you can always include your reference to your bank with lower case characters as SEPA transfers are not case sensitive and this would avoid confusion with similar looking characters such as "O" and "0". Thanks for your patience.

Hi ken2307. We're aware of issues that are resulting in difficulties for users who are trying to get verified and are seeing a 'feature unavailable' or 'feature disabled' error message. As you may be aware, these problems have been exacerbated due to the fact that we have been seeing extremely heavy traffic to the site and a massive influx of new users recently.

Our developers have been notified of this incident and are working to troubleshoot and fix it as soon as possible, although we don't have a date as to when this will be fixed.

Unfortunately, users cannot start to fund their account and trade until the verification issue is solved and completed. While we don't currently have an ETA on when it will be released, however it should be ready for release soon.

Also, please note that that other users have attempted to open new accounts with our exchange and most of the times they were able to get verified with their new accounts. In that case you would require to use another email and username. I hope this helps!

I followed the guide on your website, changed my password and used 2FA. The password was changed but the account still shows locked when I log in. The request number is 107112.
