Hi Shamane. There was a delay with the trading engine but it will be out as soon as possible. We are still not offering advanced order types at this point. As for the rest of your questions, they'll need to be answered by the agent handling your ticket. They'll be able to give you a more accurate answer as to what we're able to do for you. I accidently locked my account by clicking the wrong link in the verification eMail from you (the one to lock the account) and now I can't even access the support site anymore because it says my account is locked.
I tried to contact the support via support ticket but when I try to login to read your answer it says my account is locked.
Please help me to retrieve my account.
This problem still persists and is getting really ridiculous..

I got not even answer from support and still waiting for my deposits to show in my account.

Hi MichaelKlein. I can see that Rick has already helped you with the deposits. If it helps for the future, you can always include your reference to your bank with lower case characters as SEPA transfers are not case sensitive and this would avoid confusion with similar looking characters such as "O" and "0". Thanks for your patience.

Hi ken2307. We're aware of issues that are resulting in difficulties for users who are trying to get verified and are seeing a 'feature unavailable' or 'feature disabled' error message. As you may be aware, these problems have been exacerbated due to the fact that we have been seeing extremely heavy traffic to the site and a massive influx of new users recently.
Our developers have been notified of this incident and are working to troubleshoot and fix it as soon as possible, although we don't have a date as to when this will be fixed.
Unfortunately, users cannot start to fund their account and trade until the verification issue is solved and completed. While we don't currently have an ETA on when it will be released, however it should be ready for release soon.
Also, please note that that other users have attempted to open new accounts with our exchange and most of the times they were able to get verified with their new accounts. In that case you would require to use another email and username. I hope this helps!

I have had an issue for 3 weeks and have sent several emails about this. I keep getting the same reply. I got locked out of my account on December 12th after I added an ethereum withdrawal address. I followed the guide on your website, changed my password and used 2FA. The password was changed but the account still shows locked when I log in. The request number is 107112. I need the account to be unlocked but cannot seem to get ANY response from your support team.
