Bitch please, just verify and stop spamming.

Stop insulting for nothing. I try too, doesn't work.

It's not "nothing" when you continuously post/spamming about a problem that can be fixed in no time.
There is no "too" also. Verification at Kraken it's quite normal.
Of course you need to have all the proper documents and in your case i'm more than sure that you don't have them.

@bernard75: LOL! Cheesy

Before talking for nothing, some people need to read or to learn to read.

I send them 4 times all the papers to verify my account. 4 times. And always the same answer : 'it's complicated to change an email adress"
8 months later, we are the same point.

The problem is not from me, it's from them. Now i'm looking to get out of this website with my coins.

@condoras, next time, you keep your mouth shut. You are an imbecile.

I send my paperwork and the next day i receive a mail from Support that everything are ok.
No issues, no trouble, nothing at all. Also everyone that i know from my crypto circle, have no issue with their paperwork/verification on Kraken. Of course they are legit, something you are probably not or the Support guys saw something inaccurate and false from your side.
So better keep your mouth shut, newbie troll, and send some true paperwork instead of spamming the place.
Until then, i don't see to withdraw any coins of yours from there. Wink

I send the right papers. Why you think i didn't do the right thing ? It's cleary defamation. Stop insulting with no proofs.
If you want i give you all my conversations with kraken support + id paper, + id confirmation photo and you will see yourself.

Miserable piece of shit.

Orders don't work in the last few days. And the other day the price was 67 million euros for a Bitcoin.

It's obvious: Kraken willingly accepts that clients loose their money.
They know their horrible lagging trading engine doesn't work as expected, but don't provide any warning on their order-page.
Clients are loosing money on a daily basis - since weeks! And no official statement at all.
No professional communication

Here is a screen shot I made http://ibb.co/eAQ4O6

(logged in to Kraken.com)

The highest price of one bitcoin was shown as:
79,716,528,154,224,80 € / Bitcoin - that's Billion!

79 Billion
 716 Milliard
  528 Million
   154 Thousand and 224 €
and 80 cents.

Kraken is well known for it's high trading fees. Kraken Management raked in hundreds of thousands on trading fees on a monthly basis,
but didn't seem to spend a dime on fixing their code.

Hey Kraken-Management - use your public channels + email and provide an honest statement about the current situation. It's about time.
Put a big red warning on the Kraken-Order-Screen to inform your clients about problems reg. opening/closing position and related additional risks.
Start respecting your clients (again) - like you did in the early days.

Kraken clients are already starting to withdraw coins and fiat. This will only accelerate. All forums are full of negative comments.
It won't take long and they may close access to their site - good for everyone who got coins/fiat our before.

Who still keeps coins here is playing with fire. Anything can happen anytime.

Catalog Websites
This in not an exchange, it's a joke. I've been trying for more than 10 minutes to place one order and cancel another one, and nothing works. This is gonna be probably the last time I use this "exchange".

I'm getting really tired of the failed orders that after all are not failed!!

Whenever I try to close a position order (short/long) the orders keep failing...
When I finally succeed on closing it, after a while, some more orders are placed! Meaning that I'm opening a position completely opposite!!!
Then I need to close it and lose the fees, if not more!!

Last time I open a ticket to the support and all they do was thanking me for my report!!!!  Huh Huh Huh

I'm only keeping with kraken because of the EUR pairs, but I'm looking for alternatives!

Ciao Pigi, of course you know Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are two separate currencies, so if you send Bitcoin to your Bitcoin Cash address, or vice-versa, your wallet won't receive the transaction correctly. Grin
I think that Kraken staff will need to manually sweep the funds from the incorrect receiving wallet, into the correct wallet.
Here's how: since you sent BTC to a BCH wallet, Kraken staff will have to export the BCH private keys from "your Kraken BCH wallet", and import them into "your Kraken BTC wallet" (recovering those BTC into your Kraken BTC wallet). Wink

Even if the user has mistakenly sent the BTC to a BCH address, I'm interested on how the kraken support will act (no response, transfer funds by adding an increased fee, etc...)

The user in the italian board has published the transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/434f06efd0de5fa85447e2c4946e806aa719747217539890833f5cc45c9b223e

The transaction has 2 outputs, the second is still unspent, so i think that the blocked funds are currently here:

https://blockchain.info/it/address/14fYNe2SBiXxtG3xCq4dP1Jfhv49gihnuv

Kraken currently holds the related private key; I assume, by taking an additional fee, that is entirely possible for the technical support to recover the BTC.

hey  This is the answer of the Kraken support .....
this answer is really shameful

Stanley (Kraken Support)
Oct 21, 09:48 PDT

Hello,

Nobody is arguing with you that it isn't possible to recover the funds. Just like if you were to throw a diamond into the ocean; it is possible to retrieve it, but that doesn't address the cost or the logistics required.

Our answer is "we are unable to bear the cost or logistics required to rescue your funds, we are sorry we cannot help you."

Kind Regards,

Stanley
Kraken Client Engagement

BUT......

BTC and BCH share the same native blockchain
https://blockchair.com/search?q=14fYNe2SBiXxtG3xCq4dP1Jfhv49gihnuv

and the same "cryptographic laws", so with the right pair of keys (private-public) should work well in both current chains.

With the private key in his possession Kraken, he can sign a transaction to transfer those BTCs to a BTC account of Pigi66 account.
 That's all....

if in the future my transaction will be used .... I could always denounce Kraken of theft. Angry Angry
