Maybe if you type "checkwallet" and "repairwallet" in debug mode to clean some of the orphans out to speed up your chance of getting a stake.
I dont know, could be many things. This is your first time expecting a stake reward or you had already staked successfully in the past?
And to add to this, your weight compared to total supply is very low.
