How do we know we can trust your accounting and reporting on costs and output? Who will independently control and oversee your plan’s accounting and operations?
Lobstex and it's exchange will be running under a registered company soon, thus the periodic auditing will generate more faith to investors in regard to accounting and operations.

How many tokens sold? No we didn't sell any tokens as we are not ICO or Presale

Depends on the number of conflicted transactions you have. If it's many then it's right to do some investigation what the cause of that might be. If others don't have the same problem it is definitely one's own machine or connection.
