What are the legal paper works required from a company in Ghana (west africa)to submit before a company is given a go ahead to launch there own security token on MOBU platform and raise $5,000,000?
Hi! There are more variable factors to consider - one being which countries they intend raising the capital from.

It seems everything great and good looking. I am really sure that this project will be attracted many people to join. I have visited the website, I got clear and complete information there. Just hope for the best promotion strategy then. We will stay tuned, to see the development of MOBU project.

Interesting. Can you disclose how fast is MOBU in compare to ETH or Waves blockchain, which should be is the fastest one??
The “HTTP” for Security Tokens!
MOBU is an ERC20 utility token and built on the Ethereum platform. MOBU’s transaction costs and speed will be the same as the Ethereum network which is almost instantaneous! The ERC20 protocol defines a set of commands that a token should implement. It is a technical specification with basic functions such as the transfer of tokens and enquiry of the balance and supply of tokens. In the past it was more complex to support trading for Token A to talk to Token B.
