Having completed an audit against the wallets and blockchains and our own accounts, it has become clear people are abusing the system,
myMUE was never designed to handle the volume of deposits it has seen, since launch we have processed over 2,500,000 deposit transactions to the wallet (Note user pay-outs of MN Earnings do not count in this). As such users are to be reminded myMUE does not support being mined to, in an effort to combat this and reduce the loads and transaction count all deposits smaller than 1000 MUE Will not be credited the processor will simply ignore them after Feb 1st.

The built-in auditor runs every day to verify wallet, it should take but moments to run, yesterdays audit took 5 hours to complete, this is not sustainable

myMUE has to date generated more than 1.5 Million MUE for its users, there are over 1 million Masternode Transactions and Pay-outs in the database you the users have made this possible, but again this is not sustainable, recent events have demanded we make the platform faster, as such  we will be arching off a huge number to transactions, once this happens users history will vanish in part, we will make this history available in a later update.

Masternode Pay-outs will see a tweak, users will no longer be paid there “slice” on a per share basis, and will instead be paid on the whole, with this change, we will make is possible to sell your shares in much smaller blocks, regardless of how many shares you own, previously you purchased 100 shares, you would need to sell them all and then buy back what you wanted to keep, as of Feb 1st you will be able to sell any number of shares you own. We estimate this will reduce processing load by a 1/3rd this includes reducing the relevant database entry’s.

Our “HOT” wallets will no longer carry any significant coins, at present the hot wallet carry’s a 1000 coins max, as of February 1st this will be reduced to 100 coins.

Withdrawals will remain unchanged, we know there slow and ill address this in a future update

Pool Overview Pages will be heavily revised, at present the cache (all 1 gig of it) contains more than 2 million data points, this makes page loads slow, we will now cap this data to only show the last 7 days, with a new page to show a complete history.

We want to thank you all for making myMUE the success it has become despite the vocal users who do not understand, myMUE is a unique application, with no rivals and no others to take a lead from, keeping your safe is our number 1 priority.

We hope to restore myMUE tomorrow (Thursday), and run pay-outs, Masternodes are already restored and earning income, this has been tracked and will be paid.

Thanks

Craig, my miner is pointed to mymue adress, and all the coins are beeing sent to that adress. I check it regurarly

This is not advised and in some cases can lead to you losing your coins. It is better to mine to your local wallet address.

O I have been mining for many months to a wallet at mymue.com. I hope I havent lost everything!

One question: It seems I had more coins than the ones I mined . Is this right? Is the wallet staking as well? If so, it makes the thing even more interesting

I didn't think you were allowed to mine to your mymue address?

I'm definitely buying at least one masternode of this gem before you have to sold your house to afford one of it. PIVX, you're not so far Wink

An option to buying a full masternode is to buy a share for 10 000 MUE on the mymue.com platform. The shares sell out very fast though so the buyer has to be fast on the buy button.  Cheesy

MUE has pretty few nodes compared to other coins but the returns for a masternode are pretty good. There are no plans of reducing the collateral requirement at this point as the network is operating really well without having a vast amount of idling masternodes.

Hi Muers
As your aware myMUE Went offline yesterday after the application self protected itself, further investigation has revelled we were the subject of a concerted effort to exploit a certain set of IIS Security Vulnerability.

First though, all coins are safe, at no time did we allow the coins to become “at risk”
As part of the investigation we decided to disable all masternodes and move all coins to a secure location as you read this the box is still under heavy attack from locations east of the United Kingdom.

The steps we took have resulted in no masternode income in the last few hours, for this we are deeply sorry, however it was in everyones intrests we took the actions we took.

So what happens now, this morning MYMUE will be restored to partial service on all new servers, and masternodes will be restored on a new off net network, this means it will take some time for payouts to resume, once full service is resumed there will be no withdrawals permitted under ANY CIRCUM Stances until Jan 18th at 20:00 GMT + 0

Once the service is restored we urge you all to login and check your balances and report anything thats suspicious in terms of attempted withdrawals and such, we dont expect you to find anything, but ask you to check non the less.

Our networking team have compiled all available logs and have submitted them to the UK NCA, and will worth with them to improve the situation

Once again ZERO Coins were moved lost or stolen, all the steps we took were more for prudence than anything, and we hope you can understand our reasons for all the actions we took

We would like to apologies for the lack of communications from our side since yesterday, our team have been working around the clock
on this and only this.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out.

Remember - withdrawals are now disabled and will remain disabled until jan 18th, we are responsible for hundreds of millions of coins across hundreds of coins we are protecting both you and us

Sincerly
