No, they don't have any stablilzation fund or proof of reserves. They will make huge sell order for $1.01 and huge buy order for $.99.
Why didn't you fix your site? It's impossible to use it from mobile devices, only main page works correctly.

Everything is possible, but it depens on team, market conditions and evangelists efforts.

I don't think so, Bitcoin is still the king and I can't see any solution that can be even compared to Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is still king only because of its speculative price and "digital gold" status. Bitcoin is extremely bad and expensive for regular payments or micropayments.
The regulation and rules in the Philippines are quite clear, the number of exchanges are increasing, so it is good country and time for the start.
