If the Stratum Servers were working fine then why are your graphs showing that I was not hashing with you since 2pm today?

I am trying to register in order to buy GHs, but I keep gettig wrong captcha, although I am putting it right. is niceHash not accepting new users or down or something?

We are working on that too.
If your miners are hashing, then all shares are being paid for too.

Our stratum servers are running normally. We are working with full team to resolve the issue regarding web frontend.
Stratum servers are now offline as wellMy miners haven't moved over to a backup pool, so hoping the hashes are still earning on Nicehash ...
We are working on that too.
If your miners are hashing, then all shares are being paid for too.

There is no DOS attack, we're having issues with our web server. We are already working with our provider and will hopefully resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I bought a ticket in "Blockchain Lottery" about 15 hours ago in westhash pool. it opened a 500th speed in solo.nicehash with my chunk nicehash address: 3Q4ASpeFwSCvNpcFLGNr4tDgq41epCWqkx

If you look in pool graph state in solo.nicehash i was the only one with big hashrate about 12 hours. when i was hashing a block found by pool. with this bitcoin address: 1PN9XH9pPXtYHeupDAiFeFrkgXiwKZVUVe
but there is no clue in the pool that shows this address was mining:

what happened?
User with address 1PN9XH9pPXtYHeupDAiFeFrkgXiwKZVUVe obviously got lucky and he found the block. And as it is quite common within gambling once you win you call it out and this user obviously stopped mining, that's why his address is not present in the pool anymore.
also i have another address :https://solo.nicehash.com/bitcoin/user/129iqxFw2PQUXLDPrkDNb7iftckYRCXdFj.htm and i can see my hahsrate one month ago.
something is weird here.
