Have a look at long term chart.
Then you will see it's NOT getting dumped hard.

Actually, that does not meen you've found a block

Just sgminer has a bug and because of it it thinks it found a block

And use jpg files to embed images correctly. As I understand, forum does not support png embeding...

yet I see my rigs working fine and and the dashboard saying they are online and working

Did you try to add "--gpu-platform 1" at the end? I had to, otherwise it just flashed black and back to start.

I think the iGPU in my i7 interferes as first "platform":
