I have been messaging the team in the bounty page since August but no one is answering my questions for weeks now. May I could put my threads here so that my questions can be answered? I would like to have a response on my inquiries about the bounty since the bounty page is no longer trusted when it comes to answering bounty related questions.
Hello! The bounty program has been suspended. The managers are checking all the reports. Once it is done, we will distribute the rewards accordingly - 2% from the pool that was raised up to suspension date. All the questions regarding bounty you can ask in bounty chat to get a quicker answer. We apprecieate your participation and thank you for being with us!
Why was the bounty campaign suspended? There are still a couple of rounds for the ICO right? Will there be a new bounty program soon?

A suspended bounty needs to be addressed by the management and tell participants if they will get paid or if they are allowed to join other bounties? I am bothered by the non-responsiveness of the Thread and bounty manager also. Please respond. I am still seeing people submitting entries even if they know that the bounty has been suspended.
To whom should I contact so that I can address my grievances. It has been weeks and no one from the company nor from the bounty management. It is like I am being holdup in here and I cannot move on from my request without jeopardizing my chances of getting my bounties here.
I would like to ask, since the campaign is currently suspended, are we allowed to change signatures now? And since I am seeing people posting their posts, does that mean that the campaign is still on? And would changing signatures will forfeit any existing stakes that we have in this campaign? I thought the bounty has there own thread and a bounty manager handles these questions.

Great Job! Getting listed in a lot of ICO review sites. But once they release their wallet and exchange platform that were people will really start to follow them.
Any exact dates for the release of the wallet and exchange platform? Will it be this month or October? Team should update the community so as not to loose support.

Hope they release both wallet and exchange together.
If this is really so, this will be the first step to ecosystem development about which they also say to the community. What I mean is that they have single-time registration process. The customers could sign up on one of their products, buy the tokens and they would automatically sent to their addresses into PointPay wallet. No need to use MetaMask, MEW, etc. No need to use other services when you can easily swap from one page to another one and all the products will be just in one account - like Amazon has, for instance. It's just convenient.
And I would recommend them not to conduct an IEO, I would leave the opportunity to buy the tokens in the separate ICO page. It would be a real ecosystem them with a new approach.
I don't say it will bring more results but no one tried it yet. Just an idea.

Hopefully there is hope this month they will soon release a wallet version 2, let's just wait for the announcement in the near future. the pointpay team is currently working.

PointPay does NOT freeze any tokens which are depositted to investor's ethereum account instantly.
What do you mean by not freezing the tokens?When will you send the tokens to investors? It should be done after the token sale ends. Right?
So, investors should wait 2 years for something that they pay for it today. There are many other projects that can make profit investors very earlier. Why should some one wait 2 years?
Even if you work on the project and it is developed, but there is no profit for investors.
Maybe mean that you will send the tokens to investors right after their investment. If you mean this, It also has a bad effect. Because the tokens might be traded at lower price than ICO price on decentralized exchanges.
We send the tokens automatically once they are purchased. It's possible thanks to the smart-contract that guarantees high-level transparency, and lack of manipulation that can appear when developers send (or do not send) the tokens after the end of token sale. It means that investors won't have to wait for 2 years, since they get the tokens right away to their wallets.
Indeed, the tokens can be illegally listed to decentralized exchanges, but there won't be support from us in market making that will lead to poor liquidity and inability to trade. What for to list the token if you can't make a profit? It is pointless in this case.
The best reason to invest in us is that we are releasing solid and robust versions of the PointPay Exchange and Wallet this September, where PointPay token will be the main payment unit within the products. It provides discounts and bonuses to token holders.
Each investor has native exchange tokens in his portfolio since they have real use case financial models. PointPay token will be the first native ecosystem token which has more real use case financial models with upcoming demand on it. Therefore, it's a long-term investment, but it's worth it.

Any updates yet on exchanges that can help with IEO? I hope you guys can find a good partner exchange.
Lets' give the team some time. It is not advisable to rush things. Especially talking about looking for IEO partner.
The team should update us on IEO partnership if they still plan to combine IEO and ICO. It's a bold move but they better start looking for exchanges, the investors and supporters might grow weary.
But at least IEO is held at exchangers with large trade volumes, so that this project can be successful in funding
