Need some help here.
Trying to build from repository (https://github.com/polytimos/cpu-miner-source).
Show me "bash: ./build.sh: Permission denied" same for ./autogen.

Downloaded the linux release via wget and tried to run, get permission denied again.
Other miners i can run normally.
What can it be?

Ninja launch yet the network hashrate is absurdly high, if we are to follow the reports of the other users.

well there are many OG still around!
https://explorer.polytimos.net/richlist looks balanced

Each mined block goes to a different address unless configured otherwise so the richlist is useless. The top with 6k coins is probably the pool because that mines to one address.

There are pools already available?

There is one pool that I know of that is http://mpos-pools.com/poly/index.php?  so far it has probably the vast majority of the hashrate, solo mining is riskier now.

Like already said, my mistake. Assuming that the miner is a dedicated Poly miner i skipped on the -a parameter what resulted in a hashrate of 8kh/s per core (scrypt i guess). Now it's 61 kh/s per core what makes the network hashrate look much less impressive Smiley

when solo mining does the command line say 'yes' in green if you find a block?

Check your wallet if you have a incoming tx ! If so yeah you get your self a block well done Smiley

cheers for that mate Wink

er: error while loading shared libraries: libcurl.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
 any way to fix yet have all libs installed on mint

git clone the repo and compile it yourself, it's way easier than trying to preload missing dependencies.

2 hours trying to start to mine this coin
wrote all the parameters as written on the forum

Whats wrong?

My conf.
Code:
gen=0
rpcuser=hitscan
rpcpassword=0000
rpcport=42518
rpcallowip = 127.0.0.1
port=1337
listen=1
daemon=1
server=1
addnode=1.2.3.4
addnode=5.6.7.8
My bat
Code:
cpuminer -a polytimos -o http://127.0.0.1:42518 -u hitscan -p 0000

restart the wallet after made the polytimos.conf = Yes

 = all without useful = no solos, or through the site. baht file breaks for a split second and immediately closes.
Guys please do a normal human program = to start button clicked and everything worked = without all this unnecessary delirium with bat files conf.

I do not have enough vocabulary of abusive words to express all that I think about it

I can also provide a working macOS wallet, provided I receive a bounty in polytimos.

Ninja launch yet the network hashrate is absurdly high, if we are to follow the reports of the other users.

Yeah I built it within Unix 16.04 -  Was pretty easy to do, but the instructions were not terribly clear. One of my biggest complains. I do enjoy the thought behind the coin though. For sure.

No it isn't. Heck 10 server CPUs could probably cover the whole network hash rate.

I'm compiling the wallet at the moment, will check it for myself if it's worth it to mine or not. The binaries provided by the dev are missing libraries or are most probably built for Ubuntu derivatives and don't work with other distros.
