I am thinking about purchasing a sizable amount of this Populous coin. However, can someone explain why the PPT token has to exist? I skimmed through the whitepaper and see that PPT will be used to access the platform and allow trading of invoices. But could Populous just allow folks in the future to gain access with straight fiat? How would an investor that knows nothing about crypto go about purchasing PPT?

I am asking this because I have seen numerous new companies include a token just for the sake of having a token. Is this the case with PPT?

I'm sorry Dorkie. You can always dream but not all dreams come true. Btw a drop after XBRL wouldnt make much sense since you can only use the tokens inside the platform and PPT has been not only holding the price but even growing during the btc fork drama and the alts apocalypse. Beta launch is imminent. You should have loaded up last month. Wink

This is the point without being used it has sustained value above ICO at 10x on average with ups and downs. What will be its value when platform will go live at least I expect another 20x at least from here in a year time maximum. Now waiting for airdrop to land in my wallet as snapshot is done already.

. By the way if someone is thinking of getting PPT only for the airdrop I wouldnt do it. I think the snapshot has already been taken, but the tokens are worth it anyway and the price wont stay around the 3-4 dollars much longer. November is going to be big, everything is being set in motion for the big bang in 2018!

I think PPT is a good coin, can survive and convince users so the price does not drop, I hope the price soon reaches $ 5, because I buy at mercatox price 110k satoshi or more than $ 5. ideally if 110k satoshi is over $ 9.

There is no ICO. This was 4 months ago and solt out at the pre-ICO, but you can buy some at a exchange for example etherDelta.

I agree. I seen so many good company's go out of business back in 07/08 cause the banks wouldn't provide liquidity which caused so much misery.
I done a little research on the cost on invoice factoring and it seems there still being ripped off. Depending on the industry it can vary between
10-100% so its great for populous to step in and under cut the bollocks out of the banks and ease the financial stress
that alot of these small and medium sized company's are experiencing. I think populous is gonna make alot of peoples lives easier
and create more happiness in the world by freeing us from the financial stranglehold the banks have us under for so long. Im not just invested
in populous for my own personal profit but more so cause i wanna see it doing well and to see somebody sticking it to the banks once and for all.
