I wanted to make sure we could give you the right answer and just talked with Marsmensch (mxnsch), and he said more details about mining coming next week. He is now waiting on green light from Presstab to begin testing and he will be writing the mining guides.

About bounty being open for ~18.5 years or whole emission period, our current intent is to dedicate part of the budget for it over time. Although we call it the "Bounty Program", it may be renamed to Community Rewards Budget or something more suitable when the budget amount decreases and the needs of Veil changes. There is no intent to use the Founder's Reward to finance the bounty campaign. Instead, there would be continual emission for this budget.

Does Suprnova supports NH or miningrigrentals as well?

RSA at first, trustless is already being worked on, but is a future implementation.

This and founder's reward makes me worry about securities laws.  Looks like a good project regardless.

A portion of the coin emission for Veil will go to budget which is going to be used to fund project-related costs. All pre-launch costs are currently being funded by the founder, 4x13.

The budget is relatively higher than some other projects' budgets, and we're definitely aware of the need for the budget to be reasonable. The reason it is designed that way, is we want to prevent a situation where we have inadequate budget to properly develop and market the project. It is easier to deal with excessive budget, than inadequate budget.

To deal with excess budget, we plan to have a simple and effective solution, so that the amount of funds we hold stays below the stated budget cap. It will be updated in the ANN and our other material once a lawyer has confirmed there is no issues with the simple solution.

The founder has also used considerable funds of his own so that it will be a fully functional and highly competitive privacy cryptocurrency by mainnet launch, so there is a decent size Founder's Reward.

To ensure budget funds are used efficiently, we will have monthly transparent budget reports. We will take budget use feedback very seriously and always strive to use the budget responsibly and effectively.
