Actually pex token price is going to raise when people start to buy homes by using pex tokens. The price is going to raise organically. 1 USD per pex token is very cheap and as you can see that there was no discount during ico period but they could collect so much money even more than pre-ico period with bonusses.

of course the price will rise, most of the coins that go to the stock exchange are growing, so expect a good price. And when buying a house, why will the cost increase? How is this related?
