Thanks for your request, but unfortunately we cover it by ourselves. Still you can apply to participate in bounty campaign with translation in OTHER CREATIVE IDEAS section. We will be reviewing each application separately from other bounty programs.

The team and advisors look fantastic! Bessemer?? Theyre a huge global venture capital firm. I cannot wait for this ICO and see what this company can do. To all the naysayers, this is an investment you hold onto long term.  If they incentivize local real estate peeps, they will do most of the legwork to build the inventory and sales for this program.  As previous people on this thread have stated "what about the local governments". Youre talking global and most (not all) city and local govts' will be receptive to this. Granted, some will accept this faster than others. Do you know how much foreign investments can boost the local economies? IMO- If you looking to get rich fast, this isnt for you. This is longterm and Im excited to see how it progresses Smiley
Many thanks for your positive feedback.

Thanks. Please refer to OTHER CREATIVE IDEAS Bounty campaign as well and please mention your previous works.

White paper? Roadmap? Says you completed a transaction prototype & marketplace, is that available or is that the propy app? Any github links?

The Propy app has no reviews for any versions, is it new? Does it have any user base?

Seems there are a few articles out like hufpo for this and more for propy app but hard to tell if that's just paid since there's not much of a community. Is there a market strategy or someone in charge of marketing?

Not criticizing, I'm interested in the project but seems quite early for an ICO if the above isn't really addressed.

The links to github and whitepaper are being released next week.
Concerning our strategy, you can have a look at the article on our blog https://blog.propy.com/propy-global-property-store-dapp-is-here-to-revolutionize-the-real-estate-industry-3f85623d2475
We really appreciate interesting questions.

Hey, regarding the translation. So you give the layout of the background with all the images? in case someone would simply write on top of current layers?

Thanks for your question. We will get back to you shortly.

PROPY — Global Property Store DApp is here to revolutionize the real estate industry!
The global real estate market is worth $217 trillion. 75% of that is residential property. A third of the income-generating real estate transaction volume is cross-border. Foreign investors have been diversifying their investment portfolios at a furious pace, in part by buying overseas properties in stable economies or emerging markets.

Legacy title systems are slow and redundant. Help bring global real estate to an open and trustless registry platform on the blockchain. Stop illegal changes and hacks while creating a registry for unregistered homes.

Propy is the first and only product that automates the entire real estate purchase process via smart contracts (and not just the title transfer). We are the only company that aims to turn real estate trading into commodity trading. Other companies have been working on fractionalizing real estate sales for crowdfunding, and we have seen many such schemes before the advent of blockchain. However, before tokenizing the asset and fractionalizing it, the process for the fully online purchase of entire assets must be put in place. This what Propy does. The next step will be tokenizing the asset and transferring it between digital wallets.

Another real estate based platform? How many real estate Ethereum blockchain tokens did we see last month only? I don't know if there is a big competition or if people want to make more money with fancy words. I hope this is legit project and not a scam one. It's too early to do a judgement though.

Hello everyone!

Finally the thread was moved to the proper destination – Altcoin Announcements of Bitcointalk. Welcome, everyone and thanks for the interest and good questions.

We would like to inform you that we put legal compliance to regional regulations as one of our top priorities in our mission to create a partly decentralized real estate transaction product and then a global P2P real estate market.  We've developed the first prototype for the decentralized ecosystem that will allow real estate transactions be fast and secure whilst reducing fraud and middlemen. We believe that it is imperative that we follow all legislative regulations in the beginning to legally allow buyers from around the world to purchase properties online. We have made lobbying and R&D efforts already in several countries for the adoption of a unified and decentralized global real estate ecosystem. The governments are acceptive.

Our team has extensive experience in the real estate industry in the jurisdictions of the US, EU, Middle East and China.

We would also like to note that this is just an initial announcement – we are currently finalizing our white paper and we will publish it early next week.

Additionally, for those interested in bounty campaign – we will also be announcing it early next week. Please stay tuned!

Thank you,
Propy Team

TIME TO BAN THE YOBIT SCAM!!

The short answer is that blurryeyed is a troll and none of his claims survive any serious verification.

Here's a small sample of verification for you:

Building a Bank in Europe: Regulation and Auditing
One of the “Big Four” auditing and consulting firms will conduct Polybius’ audit, most likely Ernst & Young, with whom we are already negotiating.

#polybius #polybiusbank #auditing

This was complete BS of course. You never talked to them at all, but you added their names & pics to your ICO scam site anyway. This was confirmed when another forum user contacted them & they then threatened to sue you unless you removed all their details from your BS ICO site.

Sourced from one of your many scam accusation threads that you seem unable to answer:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/warning-polybius-emercoin-scam-1970796

And here also the answer from my mailing with Ernest and Young:
(It's german)

"vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage. Wie Sie schon zurecht in Erwägung gezogen haben, stimmt die von Ihnen beigefügte Nachricht nicht. EY  (Ernst & Young) stand und steht mit Polybius Cryptobank in keinerlei Geschäftsverhältnis. EY hat Polybius bereits aufgefordert, anderslautende Informationen von der Website des Unternehmens zu entfernen.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Dag-Stefan Rittmeister
"

Just translating the German text to English:
"Thank you for your request. As you already thought the message you attached is wrong. EY  (Ernst & Young) does not and has never had a business relation with Polybius Cryptobank. EY already requested Polybius zo remove different informations from their website.

Best regards
Dag-Stefan Rittmeister"

You post all these scam ICO's then create multiple shill accounts to say how wonderful you are & what a fantastic job you're doing - while all the time you're bullshitting everyone in an effort to extract cash from noobs/fools who don't bother researching your scams.

Plenty more verifications available - ask & ye will receive.

you cannot pull this off with all local legislation.

sounds nice idea - however: This is a common topic already covered in many TED / TEDx speeches as use case of blockchain.

You cannot pull this off. So you must be ready to scam a lot of people.

Good idea, but idea is not yours.
First go put some 1000$ each into this with all those beautiful faces you have. Create a prototype to show us.

Then ask for our money.

If not, you are SCAMMERs

anyone thinks otherwise has no clue what it takes to agree with government to organize such an undertaking. it is not gonna happen with bunch of Romanians/Nobody people.

Our app is actually available for download from the appstore right now:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/propy-buy-and-rent-properties-overseas-and-home/id1017369540?mt=8

Smart contracts are still in the prototype phase. We are still finalizing how bank transactions and identity verification will be linked there.
I've personally architected the smart contracts and ready to answer all questions.

Our strategy for replacing government-maintained registries with the blockchain is the following:
1. mirror existing databases & transactions in public Ethereum network
2. Once companies that require access to the government registries realize that they have faster and more convenient solution (Ethereum blockchain) they'll start using it as a primary source of data.
3. Once government's realize that most of the consumers of the database already using blockchain and it works, they should be comfortable declaring it as a primary one. Our team has all required connections and expertise to make it happen (California and Dubai are likely to be the first ones).

Cheers

Answering blurryeyed:

The short answer is that blurryeyed is a troll and none of his claims survive any serious verification.

Specifically:
1. Only negative feedback is present despite multiple successful and well functioning projects
2. His post history is pure trolling and a couple of dumb questions like “how to launch a wallet”
3. He seems to be failed to understand that Ambisafe is a blockchain software company with multiple software engineers, serving multiple clients

Each item one by one:

http://bitmerch.com - **gone**  - domain for sale.
Yes, and it’s ok. It was the first ever bitcoin merchant service,  launched 2011. It’s 2017 now.
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/BitMerch

http://btc-dealer.com -  **gone**  - domain for sale.  Complaints of non-payments:   https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/btc-dealer-payment-330397
Same here. One of the first bitcoin exchanges that allowed people to buy BTC using credit card. All complains were resolved in 2013.

Since starting up Ambisafe all he's done is log on, announce ICO's on BCT, log off again. No support. No questions answered. Nothing. Here's a list of them so far (english ones only, there are also some russian ones):

Yes man, it takes time to operate company in blockchain space. We have support department now that answers questions.

Inchain - **failed**    https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1623519.2100
The ICO didn’t reach minimal amount. All investors got their money back. It is a proof of the opposite to what you are claiming.

TaaS
Minor problems with bounty campaign, everything has been addressed.
The fund invests in other iCO’s as promised:
https://medium.com/@Taas/taas-invests-1-million-in-bancors-150-million-token-allocation-event-e4e457d8d8c6

BitCAD
Ambisafe had a contract with them, but it has been terminated at early stages of the project. I don’t really follow on what’s going on there.

Polybius
There has been multiple planted attacks to the project, including trolls at bitconitalk and real DDoS attack at the launch of the ICO.
I guess it is paid by some of competitors.

OROCRYPT
Nothing is wrong with this project. Legit team of investment bankers, issuing shares of real company on the blockchain. Unfortunately most of the cryptocurrency enthusiasts cannot appreciate the complexity of legal work that has been done.

It’s not an attempt, it’s the first smart contract based trading platform that actually works. Everyone is welcome to try it out.

CryptoCarbon
All transaction issues has been addressed, no new complains has been seen for many months.

Chronobank.io - **ongoing - make your own mind up** (No official ann on BCT from nixoid, but it is listed on ambisafe site)
Ambisafe team have developed all smart contracts for the project. Feel free to contact chronobank representatives for confirmation.

CompCoin
They’ve requested a bit of marketing support from us and didn’t have a bitcointalk account to post the announcement.  According to our due dilligence the project is legit. All questions have been answered.

What's more, whenever he posts new ICO's a crowd of noob shill accounts seem to appear - beware.
Yes, we have customer support department with 5+ people. This is the only way to handle questions from 3000+ investors all speaking different languages. What’s wrong with this?
