Yea, granted they should be given some time to sort out ICO funds, but they shouldnt keep their community waiting for too long

Its a common pattern these days to cut the communication once the ICO ends. After the ICO, the investors have to beg for information from the people who run the ICO.

This is a common flaw of many token issuing projects because they are figuring it out on the fly and not prepared to answer it at ICO launch, thorough due diligence on the team is needed upfront. People call us and talk to us to make sure we're even real and reliable first before buying the CHEX Token, and are relieved when we are responsive. Getting excited about the project details is not enough, you have to vet the team. I've demo'd our platform to some before they committed to buying our token https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.21120617. This is just a general statement, and not regarding PROPY specifically, haven't done team due diligence, hope they figure things out and resume community engagement bc it seems like a promising and needed project.

The spreadsheet u post requires permission for view. I just check my orderbook account but I found nothing. If all that is required is to open an account with the mail used to apply for the campaign, have done that, the rest is left with the manager.

At the start of this ICO the original plan was to burn all unsold tokens after the finish of this round but the OP said some days now they have changed the mind and come with another round of token sale. But this is clear they are not dumping the unsold tokens because they care about this.
