i believe this one's normal, let's wait for big exchanges and see what happens next. My Thoughts are the initial investors may decide too dump their tokens so that's why it suddenly goes down, but i believe it will be recovering soon.

PROPY being an ERC20 token, it should be tradeable in etherdelta by default, besides any other exchanges which already listed PROPY.
HitBTC is also trading PROP/ETH pairs.

I did read the whitepaper twice. Ones for the ico and ones before i posted the question. It says nothing about that, thats the reason why i asked. Maybe i just didnt see it but in the last chapter it says nothing.

I think I will go with you, there will likely be another ICO in future depending on the growth of the platform and the level of development. Synereo team did this also, they help on to the unsold tokens until their platform was able to gain significant traction in the space

Its good for the existing token holders to have a second ICO. This will motivate the team to work hard before the second ICO, so that PROPY will become a success in the future.

On September 15th all files were in public access and now they are not, so hopefully they will publish information soon.

Order book during registration phone registration did optional but now they forced to do phone verification... well, what to do... For those who used orderbook, do you need eth on the balance in order to withdrawal tokens to MEW?

Your account is the same as my account. "Sorry. Customer not found" due to not adding mobile phone number. I have contacted the orderbook support team several times, but there has been no solution from them.
