Maybe you can consider to not sent the wallets / cards out for free and demand a small fee to afford the production costs? As the ICO isn't that successful?

hmm I don't think so. See on the page you linked, they say 1 ETH = 2,000 PRXY which means you get 2000 PRXY for 1 ETH. Below that they say 3,075 ETH raised. Why would the ',' now mean it's not 3075?
But yeah it's suspicious that the top donor gave 2,1 ETH :/
EDIT: Ok, you are correct. I used https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0x08BD78b3ea72652e30E97A6930E038543B498322, and they indeed only have raised ~3 ETH so far

We're most certainly not dead! We're just a small team, and unfortunately the bitcointalk thread got some neglect.
As for the token transfers being locked, we made very clear announcements about not supporting exchanges until after the token sale. Exchanges still attempted to list our token, so we had to take action and stop all transfers of the coin temporarily. This will be re-enabled at the time of the presale, on October 23rd. There is no second token, only the one PRXY!
Tokens are frozen. So they sell other tokens, with the same name, but with a different contract, and the old tokens are locked forever. Or they have the same contract as EDOGE. They can block, burn tokens at any addresses, and also produce an infinite number of new tokens.

So the physical product (NFC card) is actually a hardware wallet for cold storage with multifactor security not a payment card you can use at an ATM or EFTPOS terminal to make purchases with and the app is the payment mechanism to approved merchants? The part where its called a card not a wallet was a little confusing at first
Yes you are correct. The card acts as a second factor to authorize payment and contains needed information. The data needed for a transaction is broken up into multiple parts that require both user login with our app and information contained ONLY on the card. Each part alone isn't enough to do anything. We did notice people being a bit confused because they thought it was another Visa card, which it's not. All those projects have turned out to be scams so it's unfortunate for us.
