Why the hell would I go to ICO with my idea, if this whole project depends on licenses that you don’t have? Get these licenses first, and then collect the loot. And now what? Sorry, we were not given a license, but we will not return the loot?
The project was created in 2015, patents for conducting activities are already available, ICO was successful, a lot of positive things. So everything is fine here.

I shall say weak hands are already out now with this extended after shocks of bearish markets are testing the holders. This node update has restored the confidence and cleared way toward up once again. But still it will allow chance to buy or enter in market without moving upward but when it starts then will be up and up. It seems that time is approaching fast.
I'm glad I am not part of the weak hands because until now I am still holding and very positive my expectations will be met in the future. PTOY might not rise this year because of bitcoin's dump, but this would not last, we will have a great timing next year for sure.
I doubt we will have to wait for next years to see any growth Lol. This coin is not mineable,from the moment it become obvious that we're not gonna reach 0 people will learn to stop pushing that little red trigger because its not going fast enough for them
