The idea of this project has a lot of usecases. I really hope the devs can deliver and don´t run away at some point. Then we can see something big is in making.

Today's PURK network always hash is 8.6 G, this is the biggest hash appear so far, I think the value of the PURK in reflected, also have to say is PURK this algorithm is very save electricity.
About half the price in electricity of ETH mining. Very low consumption : D

Purkpool currently has more than half the network hashrate. Not good, should divert miners to other pools.
A 51% attack on our own coin would be pretty foolish. That's if it were even possible... https://cryptonote.org/whitepaper.pdf - see ring signatures and private keys.
We're just happy that people are mining, so please feel free to mine as and where you like.

Hi, i have a rig with 13 gpu AMD, but when i start the minerd (forked) it only use gpu's 0 to 7 all other gpu's are ignored, so it only support 8 gpus?
OpenCL miner only supports 8 GPU's

The Purk Button and API has been released in Beta. Please download the latest release of Purk from Github to access the Purk Button API for your website and to allow incoming transfers and outgoing payment requests from the button.
