There will be 98 million PXC mined. Block reward halves every 1 million blocks, but it may be adjusted in the future. 23.5 million PXC available now.

with -g 3 I reach 115 kh / s - WU ~ 106, if i use -g 1 so i get only ~ 80 kh/s, -g 2 ~90 kh/s and -g 4 only 90 kh/s

both works stable and very quiet

Is there any roadmap? any implemantations on the wallet or any updates?

Is it currently possible to mine Phoenixcoin with ccminer? If yes, what's the command line?

ipoMiner has added neoscrypt support, with PhoenixCoin as the first coin added under neoscrypt! It is available on port 3342, which is our new neoscrypt multiport. I'll be adding a separate dedicated port for PXC in the upcoming day or two, since I suspect FTC may end up being mined more heavily on the neoscrypt multiport.

I can confirm it works well with the cgminer 3.7.7b setup. I'm seeing roughly 107Kh/s from my own reference 290x cards with elpida memory currently.
