I have received requests for a Mac compatible NeoScrypt CPUminer. You have it now. The link is in the OP.

The site is back online on a fast VPS in Los Angeles with both IPv4 and IPv6 enabled. All DNS records should be refreshed within an hour.

Hello All I am very new to the mining game. Last year I mined a little doge but now I want to try something new. I just built a hackintosh and I want to start mining Phoenixcoin. I don't really know anything about compiling and stuff like that. If someone wants to give me a really good walk through that would be amazing. I'm running OSX 10.9.4.

No surrender, no retreat, no regret.
Not all "old school" altcoins have been pumped recently. When it started, PXC was priced at ~60 sat. (all time low) and had a market capitalisation of $5K USD (not all time low, but nearly). That's nothing for a coin with a history and an active developer.

Although I'd prefer the people to contribute more towards the development rather than enjoying a pump simply.

Anybody know what's going on?  Why did the price just spike up like crazy and with good volume?

This is probably the 5th coin I've seen in a week which shot up for no obvious reason.

Does anyone know why or is my suspicion correct that we have whales or a hedge fund going around and buying up all the alts they can?

Thanks!

a block explorer like this would be great : http://insight.dgb.cryptopoolmining.com/

I'm aware of the Bitpay Insight block explorer. NeoScrypt has no compatibility issues with it. Although Abe does the job fine except of occasional front end hang-ups under heavy load, it's good to have another block explorer up and running. In my todo list.
