How do I actually know that the third-party arbitrator is 100% neutral? Is it a random person from the network or a person that those other two parties agree upon? If the latter is the case one party could bribe the arbitrator no?

I think that the arbitrator is a very important aspect of your platform so I would like to know how you make sure that the arbitrator is 100% neutral.
