We don't worry, we just don't trust you with it. It wouldn't be the first time if you were to dump that amount on to the market and bail. You either want to pull off a very obvious scam or you don't get the concept of decentralization because that amount of coins are pretty much making the coin centralized. Either way, this won't work.

As you can see in the description of QiwiCoin -

20.10.2014 beta-testing stoped. There were generated 10000 blocks on POW.
POW - finished, POS - started.
