Is this possible? Can this be fixed? otherwise I will suffer 5 million loss.

You can probably use console command for that. Let me see if I can find the command in the API guide for you

It is really weid.
I sent someone 5million more than 1 hour ago, now it is 15 confirmation, and he told me he hadn't got it.
I sent 5 million later and he got it.
