Which miner and settings for windows to use?
Here's an old guide to windows' wallet setup.  https://www.quarkcoins.com/mining-quarkcoin.html
With the introduction of special mining machines for Quarks, it's hard to rely on your own computer to do the digging.
Here is a mining pool you might want to join?

Hi,
I have a problem with the block synchro at this time.
( also if i use --rescan option on the daemon )
can you tell your addnodes ?
addnode=101.132.153.65:13721
addnode=121.36.61.114:13721
addnode=159.65.39.139:13721
addnode=194.160.80.211:13721
addnode=47.92.129.82:13721
addnode=5.196.91.94:13721
addnode=74.98.231.102:13721

With the message "no blockchain available", you might need to add some working nodes.
You can find them here (click on Node List): https://chainz.cryptoid.info/qrk/#!network
Here is the up to date blockchain: http://www.nodepow.com/site/block?id=305
Regarding your wallet, you first need to make a backup of your mac wallet.dat file.
Then replace the windows .dat file with it.  There are plenty of guides about how to do this and where to find the wallet.dat files on the mac and pc.
When the issues with the superblock are fixed, a new pc wallet will be released, followed by a new mac wallet.
Have you tried all the exchanges on the first page.  As far as i'm aware Freiexchange are still accepting deposits, and perhaps the others too.  I know that AEX is temporarily closed for deposits.
As i have stated, the issues with the code are being worked on.

wallet for windows can be downloaded here: https://github.com/quark-project-evolution/quark/releases/download/v0.10.7.4/quark-0.10.7.4-qt-win64.zip

The coin looks like an abandoned one, who and why it is mined is not clear. These exchanges do not accept deposits.

Thank you for responding. I'll see if I can figure out how to do this.
Much appreciated.

I managed to get windows on my mac and the windows wallet but it reads "no blockchain available".  Any idea how to address that and how is the .dat file from my mac wallet transferred to the windows wallet?
Will the Quark Core - Wallet v0.10.6.3 on my macbook pro start functioning when the supercode is fixed, or will it require an update? Are there any exchanges taking deposits, even if I can get the windows wallet functioning? This has been anything but simple and effective!
Thanks for your help.

If you have access to a PC, you could download the Quark wallet and then just copy the wallet.dat file from your mac.  Make sure to keep a backup.
An update, the recent dev wasn't up to the task of fixing the issue around the Superblock.  We are currently working on finding a new dev.

I don't have access to a PC but I might be able to download a windows operating system onto an external hard drive to run on my mac. What and where can I find a windows wallet to download? It indicates "to come" on the first page of this thread just as it does for the mac version. Secondly, would you be willing to inform me as to where things stand it getting things fixed? Also, are there other people jammed up like this? How is trading being carried on. I simply want to have access to the Quark coin that I own. How is this supposed to be a viable cryptocurrency if it can't be accessed?

Thanks for your help in this matter.

Sorry I didn't show up for a long time
Since I need a VPN to access the external network in China

The foundation is currently accumulating development funds
We will complete the current super-block-related bugs at the right time

Please wait patiently.
