There are tons of them, they can apply different rules and policies that will allow QUPPY users to avoid fees and have some advantages for being loyal, for example

From my point of view, their ICO ended successfully and they managed to move forward with a project. This is great nowadays since there is a growing trend of SCAM projects

This is a great point in favor because, as you said, there are 90% of all projects that resulted to be SCAM. QUPPY worths to be mentioned and treated better by all the participants and potential clients

Oh yes, I lost a lot just by investing in this type of projects...don't actually get why this is not regulated Undecided
