The answer is obvious, Saifu is full centralized and regulated and all you assets will be store in one account which means you won't have any private key ! they said our customers can leave the security worries to us. In other words, they will hold your private key, you don't need to deal with that. So if want to control you private key, Saifu is not for you.

Usually, in an exchange like an ethereum blockchain based where they usually require a private key. The private key will not be saved in the database but only in the browser history or as a cookie so it will be safe for a user. But with a platform that will be able to handle multiple cryptos I think 2fa, email verification, mobile will just be used.
