My weight is 1900 tho, and it says it will take 16 till my reward.
Also, I am not sure how much am I supposed to get after 16 days...

You need to hold the mouse over that little lightning icon in the bottom left corner of your Signatum wallet.

Does one need to download a new wallet to start staking?
No, wallet version doesn't matter, just keep it open and unlocked for staking.24/7 running is not mandatory to get staking rewards, but by doing this you support the network and increase your luck.
Do I need to add any nodes to accelerate the syncing process?
Adding the nodes would accelerate the process yes. Do you know how to find your Signatum.conf file? The one in your user > Appdata folder for Signatum. Do you have it created yet even?
If you do then you just need to add these nodes to the bottom of the file, save it and then restart the wallet and you should see some faster syncing times (that worked for me). My nodes that I added are:

It looks like the wrong topic thou. Airdrops is coming from DeepOnion project. I find it really cool for a fair distribution to the community. Very clever. I'm definitely in just like with Signatum.

Yeah I had to wait for the first PoS stake, but it only took a couple of hours, so not very long.
There is no minimum amount of coins required for staking SIGT. Yeah it should make some. Admittedly I do have a lot staked, so that may be skewing the results on my side a bit. I could also have hit a timeframe where not many were staking and that gave me higher payouts, but I doubt that was the case.

Depending on you weight, network weight and difficulty, your rewards will be differents. PoS is not based on a regular basis reward, just a 5% annual estimated reward. So some day you can be lucky and have several rewards, some other days nothing.Strange way to obtain coins. With enabled wallet 24/7 too. But I will wait, we will see.
