WOT is a shit plugin that doesn't give much accurate information anyway, I don't use it. It is annoying since it gives so many false positives. If scared of scammer/phishing sites then just use common sense.

Web of trust now giving silk-coin twitter a red/scammer rating.
If you have WOT it might be worthwhile to correct this if you have the time. (Not that it matters in the long run, but community support will stop newcomers being scared away.)

I'm on the SIlkcoin train since the very beggining, and i can tell you that today i bought a freaking bunch of it.
Just panic sell, let the price drop for us to buy a shitload of it and cry after.

It doesn't take a Master's Degree to know gorillajam has been slamming the alt coin community for a while. Simple research should remove any notion that he may have anything resembling a valid point, but do appreciate his desire to find his niche in the community. I think he honest believes he is doing everyone a great service with his "in-depth" investigations; johnny on the spot reporting.
As with anything, I do the research, cross-reference the sources, use multiple channels and asses the behavior and his claims (in great detail if not covered on response). These are only a few techniques I have used in the past to underwrite a coin, and they work perfectly well when underwriting a troll. He had me almost feeling what he said was true and just needed to resolve his claims on my own. This is my experience with this troll, form your own opinion. It's out there, if you look. Once he responds, I will most likely let him dig himself a deeper hole before I spill the beans. Maybe he will wise up, let's have a look-see and circle the wagons.

When I talk to people on here I think only two things. You are either part of the scam and you are an asshole or you are part of the suckers, and then I sort of pity you. But i still will love laughing on here when its revealed as a scam.

Yeah I am one of those people looking for a cause. Totally understandable after all the excitement.
People must remember that an extra 13 million coins came from the 2nd PoW period that only just has ended this weekend. That's about half of the coins previously in existence, a week before. It takes time for the pools and miners to dump. Eventually this will even out and it can start to grow again, with some good news coming along the way. The foundations of the coins haven't changed, this is still a great coin.
FUD will be FUD (and there is a lot of it, on Twitter as well). Just chill out and have some patience.
