Yes, I meant all crypto pairs. Okay, done.
Have you any plans to include dash as a pair for trading? I have some amount of "physical" dash who's I want to hedge, just in case.
Got any changes on side of multi-terminal function?
I heard that you are planing to implement PAMM trading , is that true?

Adding Dash as a trading instrument is probably the matter of time, we are testing liquidity providers and if the results will be satisfying, we will implement it to our offer.
Multiterminal and PAMM accounts are still on waiting list since there is not much interest from our clients, if the demand grows, we will definitely speed things up.

Working 24 hours a day isn't enough anymore.
1. jdlr – your withdrawal request was found suspicious.
Withdrawal request without any trading history is thoroughly reviewed by SimpleFX senior supervisor, that is why time to process such payment maybe longer than usual.
Your withdrawal status is now completed, you should have received your coins already. Just a reminder, SimpleFX is not a cryptocurrency wallet, but CFDs trading platform.

2. Danslip – margin call is 50%, stop out is at 30%, leverage levels are shown here: https://simplefx.com/resources/SimpleFX_Leverage.pdf

3. guy_wonderful – we do not have plans to increase leverage on Bitcoin (I assumed you meant Bitcoin crosses: BTCUSD, BTCCNY…).

Hello SimpleFX.
I'm kindly ask you to consider to raise leverage to 1:25. I very liked service you offer and I find it very attractive. But now I has to use another offer which I find ,currently, as best offer in the market.  Anonymous - too, accepts  btc - too. And offers higher leverage.
Smaller leverage means "less field of freedom to play" and involves higher risks to the trader. It's is impossible to deal to those factors.
l. You accept several crypto currencies as deposit, ll. withdrawals are much faster (it's literary takes a minute to deposit/withdraw dash) lll. and great customer support. That's on TOP.
I would be happy to use your service again but it's would be possible just in case you raise lev. to 1:25.

I cant find enough information about margin call on site. Can you please answer this questions:

What is margin call and stop percentage if open position goes against market  price?
Can customer ask from support to increase maximum leverage of account?

Thanks!

Hey Danslip. SimpleFX has margin call at 30%, when it reached your biggest position will be eliminated. I don't know exactly if it's possible for support to change the size of leverage. But you can change it using a website, under "accounts". SimpleFX has some rules that when your acc is higher than some amount of sum, leverage will be automatically lowered (that sucks).

Recently, you increased spread on BTC pairs (2 times and sometimes even more). What's the reason behind it? Even XTB has sometimes better spread. Are you planning to lower the spread again?
Hello,
We offer floating markets spread and indeed they usually rise during higher volatility periods. They will be probably lowered back really soon.

3.   SimpleFX does not exchange crypto to fiat or fiat to crypto. Bitcoin account must be funded with Bitcoin, USD account must be funded with USD.

so how i can trade in youre MT4 system with pair fiat money, sample USD/Euro
if deposit use bitcoin still balance trade bitcoin, or if deposit use bitcoin only can trade with pair bitcoin/usd

For example: if you deposit Bitcoin, you cannot convert Bitcoin to USD and have USD within your trading account. You can not transfer funds from Bitcoin trading account to USD trading account.
We are not a cryptocurrency exchange.

However, with Bitcoin account you may trade any CFD from our offer, including EUR/USD.

You say "no fees for processing payments". What are the fees for withdrawals? Or are they free as well?

Your withdrawal rules reminds of betting sites:

"Each withdrawal has to be made with the same payment system used for deposit. If you deposited using several payment systems and earned a profit/made a loss, you can withdraw funds with the payment system used for the largest deposit."

What if I deposit with one method and then I close account over there for some reason, lets say at Skrill. How could I make withdrawal in that situation?

Such situation would have to be considered individually by contacting SimpleFX support team with more issue details.

1. Seems like you want to keep that procedure a secret which I don't see any reason for that cause anyone could post their own experience here of that individual situation. Why is that a secret?

2. Also from above rules: ".... you can withdraw funds with the payment system used for the largest deposit". Does that word can means really CAN or it is a  MUST? If it is really can then it sounds to me if I am correct, that there are 2 possible withdrawal methods: used deposit system(s) and and the largest deposit system.

3. I have just noticed another rule "transfers between digital currencies (BIT) and hard currencies are forbidden". Does that means I can't: deposit bitcoins, buy USD and fund my MT4 USD account with bought USD onto your EXCHANGE?

1.   We would need a confirmation of Skrill account closure. Additionally, some other confirmation of your ownership of your other account payment processor account which you would like to send funds to. But it is only general procedure, each case will be investigated separately to avoid possible manipulations and abuses.

2.   Let’s say your deposit 200 USD with Neteller and 100 USD with Skrill to the same USD trading account. Let say you made 500 USD profit (total account balance 800 USD) and want to withdraw your funds. In this case you can withdraw 800 USD with Neteller.
