Simple question. If I'm staking, restarted my computer, forgot to open the wallet, do things get reset? As do I have to start again from the beginning or will it pick up from where it was last left.

Primary language spoken doesn't make a difference, though newbie accounts would be an issue. That is why I said the measurement should be in when the account was created. For example, only accounts created before June 2017 would limit the scam/fake accounts, and would include more higher ranking members as opposed to Newbie and Jr. Member accounts.
People farm accounts all the time on this forum, them being older doesn't really change all that much. I've seen people selling old newbie/jr accounts in other internet places before. They used bots to create them and bots to spam up a few posts on them.Limiting accounts to a high member level helps improve the chance that it's old and an actual person because it's hard to get to a high level using a bot without getting banned.
At the end of the day it's the dev decision to do whatever they want, it's their project and they can distribute however they see is best.

For a freely distributed coin, you're limiting the recipients by only accepting Senior level members of this forum. You should change it to a measurement of when the account was created.
It is best to leave it open 24/7, then you have the most chances to get a stake.
I think developers should have explain the details of stake system. I have not seen this before and can not able to get any stakes.
You need to have opened and unlocked wallet, this is all the magic. I have already staked 77 coins.Should wallet to be online 24/7 for staking? Will be enough just open wallet from time to time and how ofthen it is needed? And last question is any guide on Sirius staking system are available?

I think that the distribution is the first stage of the project and will proceed to the next stage when all allocated coins for distribution are already distributed. The second distribution people are mentioning will not happen i guess
Why the project decided to call Sirius? I like the name, but I love science fiction and space. What prompted the developers to call their offspring?
