What do you mean "for the right price"? As a early investor in SOG I'll explain you why some older cards seem to have a high price.

For example if you buy today one card with 2000 BCY would you like to sell it after a few months with 1000 BCY because BCY is increasing in price? I think as a investor in SOG is normal to make all the calculation in BCY.

If we are talking about legendary cards, SATOSHICARD and GENESISCARD were offered only to early investors. Most of other legendary cards were sold in Partner or Premium swapbot with 1500-2000BCY.
SHAPESHIFTCD was sold only on shapeshift.io at 0.3 BTC - about 2500BCY that time. FDCARD only in folding coin project etc.
So don't think that early investor are very greedy and the prices are too high.
Please check the initial offer in BCY for every old card and you'll see that you can still find cards on the market at the same price or some time even lower than initial. Even in sogbazar I found one card cheaper than 6 months ago when I bought it official....

P.S. Do you have any idea how official swapbots were working one year ago? At cheap price most of the time were inactive

Beliveme, not too many investors bought at cheap price.

I've already got a lot of BCY but also bought some XCP as FOW and SOG should increase demand for that too. I've bought a few SOG cards via the DEX and most of the markets are in XCP.

Ahh yeah. Buying cards to play the game they have and vise versa. Makes sense and is sure to help with promoting each other. Very cool! I was just worried we would be hurt using diff tokens but that really isn't a problem as long as multiple games have reason to buy cards from SoG. The more cards sold the more SoG can use to promote the game and platform as a whole.

Nah, Force of Will will have their own tokenized asset. From my understanding they will be running with Counterparty via Indiesquare wallet. So both games will have Counterparty assets. So in a sense yes but it won't be BCY, could be something like a FoW token within counterparty.

Very pleased with this project. I'm wondering if FoW and the other games are all planning to use BCY or make up tokens for the games they launch.

Just kinda clicked for me when Spells releases the game. If they make blockchain cards in the 1000s and 5000s and they let's say cost a dollar or 2, BCY will be burnt even faster. This could get very interesting indeed. The more players come on board the more BCY needs to be purchased to acquire the special blockchain cards. WOW to the max.

Not a big deal. Got a few cards. I'm just jealous I am not a premium merchant and don't have the ability to be anymore. I'd be buying and sell a lot of cards as well. Just maybe not as much of a price gouge

prices are a function of demand and are similar on the DEX orders too. Noone forces anyone to buy. If noone did prices would not have gone up that far. This has nothing to do with greed. Some people are willing to pay a premium for getting this card now. You can wait till it comes to the Public Merchant one month after release and get it for probably less.
