Sp-20 could be interesting, but i already have more than 2.5 kw.

I would sell my 2 asic miner tubes . the sp20 is finally exactly what I want from them spec wise.

I have 2x evga 1300
I have 1 x evga 1600
and I have 1 x seasonic 1200 watt plat.

I would love to get a decent deal on some of these. of course a preorder for OCT 31st shipping and 119 to ship one truly is a joke.

at 1309 and start mining it today shows a 255 usd loss using 9% diff and 480 usd a coin

So if you put an ohm meter across the 12V of one PCI-E and the ground of another, you're saying there won't be any signal back? They're absolutely independent? How were you proposing to put a third PCI-E port on the boards?

I already asked shipping and got no firm date for shipping in response, which is strange.

Did anybody else received their September orders?

I think you are confusing the AntMiner S3 with the SP-20 I asked Spondoolies directly and they said, "Yes, the power connectors are independent. You can use 4 small PSUs, assuming the PCIe connector can handle 300 Watt"

Each of the 4 PCIe connector power 2 RockerBox ASICs, independently. Power diode from each power the management board. In theory, one PCIe connector is enough to run SP20 at 1/4 speed.
Make sure the PSU PCIe connectors can handle 300 Watt.

While I wait for tech support to get back online, has anyone had a SP10 just not want to start up?

The symptoms are that it will not stay powered on. It will not even get to the point where is pulls a DHCP address so that we can access it. It will initially power up but then it will turn itself back off. I have no ethernet or fans. We tried different power cables and power ports on the pdu.

Does it sound like a bad PSU or a MMC corruption?

As per my understanding .. the ASICS page is showing the current flow from the PSUs to every ASIC

The power supplies take in my case 1440/1472 from the wall, giving out 1292 to ASIC BOARD 0 and 1324 to the ASIC BOARD 1, respectively.

Zvi said it's a typo here, one PSU should read PSU-BOT. Then the power is split to every ASIC via the DC2DC ics ..

i.e. 12: DC2DC/1/:[vlt1:693 vlt2:695(DCl:794 Tl:794 Ul:749) 74W 106A 91c] ASIC:[ 85c 855hz(BL: 855) 439 (E:193) F:0]

means that ASIC 12 working at 855Hz is fed through it's own DC2DC with 74W having individual measured voltages .693/.695 and current 106A.

Your total hashrate seems low for 208V and ~30 deg C ambient temp. Going with higher deg C at intake keeping all other configuration constant, increases the asic working temperature and the unit compensates by lowering the current (asic frequency, hence the lower hashrate) to maintain the asic temp at about 85c to 105c. Zvi color coded the asic frequency using CSS for a bigger visual impact. And BTW .. an asic working at 105 celsius degrees is usually military grade / class.

From my short experience (less than 10 days)
1. My unit is at 208V and is able to reach 4500Gh or close by (4450 Gh). Unit's speed seem to improve after 24 hr (I guess it 'learns').
5. 1392 seems to be a lot, it will probably learn to be at 1350-1360 after a few shutdowns/restarts.

additional: if there is no secondary pool indicated, unit will shutdown on a loss of connection to the primary pool.

1. No. I've been expecting it for a month now. It's a bit difficult to "argue" with you when you don't understand what I've meant by "circuit design" and gives standard cell design as a counter example.
