Alright, I really don't want to sell any of my SPR, but I understand the value of a fair distribution, especially to those of you who also are in on DRK. As such, I've put 10k up for sale on Bittrex at a fair price. First come, first serve and I sure as hell am not going to be selling any for a long ass time after this.
I appreciate the liquidity - picked up a nice little bag a few minutes ago :-)

All I know is that Mr. Spread needs some PR going on for this coin because it can be the next big thing in cryptocurrency 
I seriously wouldn't mind a PM from Mr. Spread to talk to him about writing an article regarding the current progress of SpreadCoin and it's future I will do everything in my power to make this coin a success which I'm sure without me it will still happen

Changes so far for new version:
Other changes are less user visible:
I need to test it more thoroughly before release and will probably release it tomorrow.
Mr.spread's continous development give me the faith to mine and hold this coin ,rather than to sell them cheap. - Synchronization is now faster
- No need to create and edit spreadcoin.conf to mine with GPU
- Monteserrat font is now used for splash screen and for logo in about dialog (as was suggested by LitcoinCollector)
Other changes are less user visible:
- 40 seed nodes instead of just 1
- Total money supply is now returned by getinfo (someone requested this)
I need to test it more thoroughly before release and will probably release it tomorrow.

coins101 doesn't spread himself thinly either...
I'll give it until Sat.
It's fairly positive that people are hodling. But on the flip side, there is no community to help drive and Spread the word because there is no real liquidity. Still, there is always mining

I'd pay 22.5BTC to have coins on my team. He kept DRK on the straight and narrow for a fair time. Either that or he just posted on the thread a lot. Its hard to tell.
EDIT: There aren't enough on Bittrex for that buy.
A buywall for nearly 10% of the entire currency would be nice to gawp at though. Alas I'm tapped out for the month, all those Xmas presents for myself weren't cheap.

How do you plan to handle the intensity and other single/multi gpu configs and settings ?
I have some tips if you're willing to include a Win7 mining tweaks/ guide. eg. How to's on, disabling media player/ internet browser hardware acceleration, driver updates, ect.
The best way to achive a high level of decentralization would be to win over the single gpu/cpu users/newbies by making their involvement as seamless and as hassle free as possible. If successful, the swarm will leave the privkey whales with little to no WUs to feed on.

You would probably be able to set mining parameters and start mining from GUI, instead of creating new console window it will output all info back to GUI. For this we'll need some good default parameters, mining guide is also appreciated. Mining guide is useful anyway, regardless of the presence of the GUI mining.

Solomining Spreadheads aren't going to sell their beloved SPR on the cheap to a pack of sharks like you lot. Put your buywalls on bittrex and allcrypt like the rest, eh?
Haven't you noticed the speculative buys being posted today?
I'd say that's only helping the value of your money bags. You need the odd shark around here to keep things in order.
There is more to come. Just need these bag holders to see the value in releasing some of their stash.
As they say, a lot of not much is, err, not much.
I have to agree, widespread adoption is key.
As I said, I got sufficient but I'm not a high roller or I'd sell you some.
