Since they have hired professional firm to investigate independently to reach at acceptable decision those have in wallet have nothing to be worried about. This aspect of tokens on exchanges is still need to be seen how they handle it. Whoever did this should be brought to justice and made lesson for others with open details about that person behind the act.

I had invested during ICO and was trading during the malicious act and the only thing that is worrying me is, these guys are changing their statement with each update.

1. Everyone who purchased BARS in exchange between 4 PM-7 PM(PST) will be compensated with 1:1 ratio

2. Everyone who purchased BARS in exchange between 4 PM-7 PM(PST) will be compensated with 5:1 ratio

3. Everyone who purchased BARS in exchange between 4 PM-7 PM(PST) will be compensated case by case basis.

I just hope they will not totally ditch us in their next update.

I don't mind waiting, I think it's important that the person responsible is brought to justice. Hopefully they can solve this and move on with the project. They need to take their time and get everything right.

All this unexpected situation is being handled highly professional way. They are communicating with holders constantly while started audit and forensic test to reach at the facts. This step shows team is very serious in stopping such events in future by making thing maximum transparency. Distribution is suspended temporarily this is good to know by the officials.

Nice FUD attempt. That's your opinion and you should not try to wrap it up as fact. There is no evidence to suggest what you say is true. They are making all the right moves for a team that's now under pressure to get the project back on track. Until proven otherwise, they have done nothing wrong.

Update February 23rd 1:40pm (PST):

Titanium has engaged the services of an audit, discovery and forensic analysis team. TBAR distribution has been paused at the advice this team and of law enforcement officials. There is reason to believe that stolen BAR may, indeed be recovered and the perpetrator brought to justice. Please stay tuned to for more details as they become available.

Their is noway that CEO could pull any girls even with 35 million dollars. 

Hopefully this has no impact on Titanium reputation management who has successfully achieved hardcap, I invested with a little of ETH during ICO and hope to get RoI soon.

We officially raised $ 35 million in just 18 days into ICO. Thanks everyone for participating and supporting us. We are now flying to Acapulco and looking forward to cocktails and many girls o the beach

I haven't moved mine since ICO , and also got nothing yet.

I also didn't receive new tokens in my wallet till now. According to last update timing TBAR should have been landed into wallets. Well, I will still wait till tomorrow by start worrying as my tokens are in wallet for 16 days. How long it take to send new tokens few hours but let's wait and if someone receive should share with us to know the status.

Do you seriously believe that?  If the company was "scammers" they could have NOT issued new coins and they would have let everyone lose money when the hackers dump massive amounts of millions of BAR when it becomes  listed on exchanges.  The actions of the company to issue new TBAR tokens to all coin holders quickly and with good, open communication  shows they are trying to fix their security breach quickly and fairly.

Good interview thanks for sharing, I trust Michael Stollaire so I am not worried at all, he is a boss and he will fix this problem as soon as possible, we will all get tbar for free and you can keep your bar or sell it.

Exactly it depend on the dev team how they handle this issue and get sorted. I watch the interview of Michael Stollaire he explained so well and I like the solution which they will provide very soon along with upcoming mvp. I hope they will learn the lesson and provide more secure ecosystem.
