Still waiting for 3 weeks to get a purchase updated on their website dashboard. Sent a ticket to their support team, sent in all requested screen shots, and then they canceled the transaction. Opened another ticket, sent all screen shots, was told you'll get an answer with in 72 hours (3 days) It's been closer to a week and still no update. Also they are supposed to be refunding US citizens. Big todo about signing up, and do it early so they can process it. Signed up on Day 1 and no further mention of refunds. This is smelling more and more like a scam. If they can't handle these basic functions (crediting payments, and refunding them) How do they ever expect to have anything to do with banking.
First guess, Token are not released on 1/18.
Second... No exchange planned.
Hoping the best, but just not feeling it anymore.
These guys are not scammers, just a bit disorganized. They werent prepared very well thats for sure. But they are refunding americans as we speak. Although I wouldnt be surprised if the token release is postponed.
Exchanges are coming for sure, but most likely by mid-late February.
In regards of the "how do they ever expect to have anything with banking". Well, they collected millions of dollars, many experts will jump in after the success of this ICO. Tokenpay will be big this year, maybe it had a messy start, but they are getting their stuff together and becoming more organized and professional for what is coming now.
disorganized is putting it nicely.
As for "refunding Americans" do you know that for a fact? I submitted my BTC address on day one, and have not heard anything since.
"Exchanges coming for sure" Have they said which exchanges? Or has there been any official announcement saying they planned to get it on Exchanges? I could have easily just missed something.
I really hope this does well, but for now I have BTC in limbo, and other BTC held by TokenPay. Their support starts out strong, then stops.
What really kills me is, they didn't credit a tokenpay purchase. They generated the BTC address to send to. I sent the BTC. When I inquired about it, They want all kinds of screenshots. Can't they just look at the address and see the completed transaction on a block explorer?
Then if there is a question about something. Reply to the ticket and ask. Don't just close the ticket and decline the transaction and hope I go away...
