My first "I know why" theory:

People behind TRI are trying to buy up 50-75% of all coins, then add features and/or pump the coin. This is why they know why.

Market cap fluctuates between 10 and 30 BTC or so, with a few BTC and a strategy it's doable.

have you tried resyncing the whole blockchain?
you can also try just deleting your peers.dat and leave it on for a while

I've looked now, stucked at 9027, everywhere banscore=1. Why's that?

i do have "banscore" : 1 for all

back to work, but i did not deleted the peers.dat

now is sync. all day waiting
