Its a fair question and I don't have an answer yet. We haven't had a chance to do much EM testing...we can find this out fairly soon once we are past the current production hassle.
Once I get my boards in (another epic story for another time and place), I'll run tests. It shouldn't output higher frequency emissions than the core clock frequency, which at the power level of the chip, should be safer than a cellular phone at its power levels. If anyone is really concerned, just buy some 5mil thick copper foil,
I'll test a chip at various power settings and extrapolate a multi-chip scenerio using a FDTD simu at different densities.
